Discounted rates are available for local businesses, community groups, and not-for-profit organisations. Peregian Beach SLSC Members can hire the clubhouse for their own private events at a 20% discounted rate.

Additional equipment hire is available through preferred suppliers.
Hirers to complete a clean up after their event including wiping down surfaces and equipment used, and removing rubbish.
Hirers are responsible for unlocking & securing the venue outside of business hours, and managing their event. Venue Manager to meet onsite to hand over keys. Additional event management services are available

Do we need a liquor license for our event?
If you are selling alcohol – you will need to apply for and submit a copy of your liquor license with the event confirmation. See link for details https://www.business.qld.gov.au/industries/hospitality-tourism-sport/liquor-gaming/liquor/licensing/applications
If you are not selling alcohol, No, but in the case where you have a caterer or bar service that is providing alcohol to you for the event - the caterer or service provider will need a liquor license and you will need a copy of this to confirm your event.
In all cases where you have alcohol served (BYO or Licensed) and more than 50 guests, we require you to organize security to manage the event.
Do you have cooking facilities?
We do not have any cooking facilities or food warming facilities. The kitchen can be used for basic food prep but has no cooking facilities.
PBSLSC is in the process of fundraising to upgrade the kitchen and bar facilities. We currently have basic refrigeration and two BBQ’s which are available to hirefor an additional $50.
Most caterers can bring their own heating, warming equipment and are welcome to use any refrigeration in the kitchen/bar area.
Do you have a PA/sound system? And does this cost to hire?
Yes, we have a basic PA with microphone stand and lectern and the option to plug an iPhone (or any device with a mini plug or dual RCA plug) to play music. This is included with every venue hire.
Do you have Audio Visual Equipment?Yes, we have a large screen TV with HDMI input, this is included in every hire. If however you need a larger screen with projector - a projector and screen are available at anadditional $50 per hire.
How many people does the venue hold?
Seated – approx. 100 (we have 85 chairs available)
Standing – 200ppl. The deck can hold up to 200 ppl however we are limited to a maximum of 200 ppl per event to meet fire safety regulations.
When is the venue available for hire?
The venue is available between 7am-10pm 7 days a week
The building is leased to PBSLSC by the Noosa Shire Council and a term of the lease is toobserve the Good Neighbour Policy. This means all events and hire must consider the noise and disruption to the surrounding businesses and residents.
